Radically changes Heavy's appearance which im kinda unsure about in general, but ultimately very positive on.

I'd love for him to finally have a giant beard since he has a lot of lumberjack/strongman themed loadouts and this looks really good. It's modeled well, detailed well, and fits in with a lot of cosmetics as you've shown. Good job!
