Report a translation problem
Your description is a quirk of their mod system. It will say they are required the first time, but it is not actually required. From what I recall, the "requirement" will automatically disappear after you close the game. If this has changed, thanks for providing your solution.
When subscribing to this mod, it lists the 2 x100 module and 2 x10 module mods in the first collection listed here as requirements in the Settings --> Extensions list. In order for the game to launch, these 4 mods must either be downloaded by subscribing or be turned off in the Extensions menu and restarting the game. Until you do either of these, you'll receive a missing files warning.
