Description
Population growth bonuses from welfare buildings is multiplied by 12.5x, for significantly higher growth and cleaner numbers.

The bonus includes the welfare modules from the 10x and 100x mods, but they are not required. It effectively further compresses the mod modules.

Using the Gambling Hall as an example:

Those mods are set as an optional dependency in this mod to correctly overwrite their stats. My mod simply overrides their stats without actually using their files. So, not having the mods will have no impact on the game.

Your description is a quirk of their mod system. It will say they are required the first time, but it is not actually required. From what I recall, the "requirement" will automatically disappear after you close the game. If this has changed, thanks for providing your solution.

A quick note:
When subscribing to this mod, it lists the 2 x100 module and 2 x10 module mods in the first collection listed here as requirements in the Settings --> Extensions list. In order for the game to launch, these 4 mods must either be downloaded by subscribing or be turned off in the Extensions menu and restarting the game. Until you do either of these, you'll receive a missing files warning.
