正常是2个排污电机配1个泵吧，占格应该是4+4+1=9理论上刚好3x3，当然5x2也好，可以无缝塞到原本的空隙里

@Tenty I have considered this idea, but finally i implement the these ability in another way. I don`t know what you want. If you wan to know how long to generate the next one, I think it is. If not, it`s a bug. Maybe because I didn`t check the english version. If you want to contain some packs inside, you can check the mod option in game. It can generate more packs at once with longer interval.

I love your idea! As for the generation of bags, have you considered reusing the "wastepack inventory" of mech gestators and mech rechargers? Mech rechargers would likely work the best for this, as it would allow knowing how close you are to generating packs and dispense the packs in convenient stacks of 5.
