Great mod. Also, just wanted to mention, R4BB17's fix worked for me in getting this to work for the latest update. I can enable the mod now. Thanks!

Weird, I have the mods downloaded and the Bandits mods too. But when it came to enabling Bandits this mods doesn't appear to be compatible

How exactly does it work? Does it add NPC companions or does it make it so bandits from the bandits mod aren't auto hostile?

@Brooke Yomotsu it's random, at least for the old version of the mods, they just spawn as friendly companion. Not sure for the newer bandit version.

HOW TO FIX SO IT WORKS FOR v2

step 1
Find the bandit relationship mod in your steam folder. mine was in SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3431259170\mods\BanditRelationship

step 2
go to the folder labelled "42". Here you will find two files, one is labelled mod.info and the other is mod.bak ... we need mod.info

step 3

open mod.info and change only the line which says "require=\Bandits" to "require=\Bandits2"

step 4

save changes to mod.info


this is only a temp fix until the mod creator makes a fix himself.

hiya mate, I love the mod, but ever since bandits V2 cam out this mod doesn't work. If you end up fixing/ patching for bandits v2 can you update us here? I am sooo curious what line of code exactly made the 2 mods incompatable
