@_PLA_Martinet sorry mod is currently broken as of patch 42.12 because they changed a lot of the shooting system, will try to fix it soon

Been playing with this a while now, really fun! Definitely worth adding to a long run playthrough, Tried using it for hunting, it only caused suffering to the creatures :(

@OxTailSafu forgot to remove that from the description but it was a old feature with b41 shooting system that i couldn't get to work on b42

How exactly are you able to pierce zombies with the Gauss Rifle? Have yet to be able to pierce any despite lining up the shot exactly and doing it at max charge.

@OxTailSafu if you're using it inside generator range or world power grid is working it won't use battery charge, but i will test if its bugged outside generator range, removing batteries probably bugged on some patch and i didn't notice, will fix soon

Just wanted to report that making Magnetic Rounds doesn't appear to decrease the amount of uses for the Round Magnetizer.

I also ended up experiencing an issue here when I attempted to remove the car battery from it. I ended up getting the Magnetizer duplicated since it didn't delete the original one.

@Pallontras Ah okay, so the general amount of loot will still be dictated by the game setting and then by the mod if it will be a gauss item correct?

@ShadowRaven♿ kind of? it's effected by the regular settings since it influences the number of rolls a loot container do(which is the amount of items found in loot), if you increase it's spawn rate it will increase it's chance to roll a item from this mod when it rolls a container that has that item in its item table (list of possible items on that container)

@OxTailSafu seems to be a bug with 42.10 patch, sometimes modded recipes just don't consume its igredients i've notice this happen with other mods too, in the recipe code its defined as a usable igredient so it should be consumed

Looks as though the recipe for the Battery Capacitor is not consuming cans.

Getting some constant errors ever since your newest patch. I get an error message whenever I swap weapons and can't attack with any weapon I have.

@Omega_Wolf yeah they are kind of unbalanced rn, they have low damage because its planned to have a improved version of each one and attachment upgrades like better coils wich improves damage or something to lower battery comsumption, will probably lower the igredients to craft it too

i think this mod is a fun premise, but the payoff for the effort it takes to make gauss guns is very underwhelming, when every other traditional firearm out ranges and damages these guns. still very cool, but if they did more damage and had comparable ranges to traditional firearms, i think theyd feel more worth it in the long run.

I was having the trouble described above where it would shoot while charging. After enabling/disabling many mods the one I found that was causing it is "Simple Silencers". Not sure why, but when I disabled that, then it stopped auto firing and fixed it.
