The plane seems fine, make sure infinite fuel and electric is off and make sure the fuel feeds are open
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 12 Oct @ 4:09am
Thank you for the feedback I had no idea it broke, I'll take a look and see if I can get it working again
CloudyZen 12 Oct @ 2:51am
so this dosent work anymore for some reason the smooth brain 1 works with out infinate fuel but the normal one wont get any fuel pressure and even with infinate fuel the engines just stall with the tiniest bit of prop pitch you stall trying to taxi even if you follow all the steps above to a T it lacks a fuel tank pressure reliefe so it sucks a vacum vaper locking the engines as well engines are under powered and it cant pitch up past a 3 degree pitch up or down i used to fly this aircraft alot when it first released but it seems its very broken as of this date
Radio 6 Sep @ 11:34pm
Wow that's a lot of words... too bad I'm not reading it.
MMicebreaker 27 Aug @ 2:16pm
everytime I Up the propeller trim the engines loose RPM and I loose Speed

Everything that says "N/A" in the cockpit are features intended for the realistic version of the DC-3. When I made the smooth brain version I removed those features for an easier startup but in order to keep the look of the cockpit I simply re-titled the buttons "N/A" They do nothing.
ethan 25 Jul @ 4:47pm
sick plane i was using the smooth brain vers earlier
ethan 25 Jul @ 4:15pm
so uhh half the stuff says n/a in the cockpit
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 21 Jul @ 4:21pm
If you like the plane but dislike the start-up I recommend you try this:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3436207436

The start up is just two steps compared to the original 25 steps
mohsa 21 Jul @ 4:17pm
i just realized that the painful process of starting up that plane has to happen every time you spawn it after a crash
Tuxedo Cat 27 Jun @ 2:36am
nvm i found it, its right above the Engine Primers
Tuxedo Cat 27 Jun @ 2:34am
i know this sounds stupid, but where the FUCK is the Altitude hold and Autopilot Buttons
RealNiceCar 16 Jun @ 3:43pm
great to modify for military
Mr. Glitch 15 Jun @ 4:35pm
nvm
Mr. Glitch 15 Jun @ 4:35pm
does this need weapons dlc?
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 24 May @ 1:31am
@Kebabit. Read the start up procedure carefully, you might have missed a step.
Kebabit 23 May @ 3:44pm
engines arent starting at all
Sebbyboinkz 14 May @ 4:49pm
fix ur plane, i made a save and when i loaded it the right engine glitched and broke
Banana 🍌 9 May @ 7:35pm
I can’t remember but it might be a good idea to change it so it the tail fins go up more
Zeno 9 May @ 6:48pm
right i got it running and flying but the back wings just fell off when shot
Zeno 9 May @ 6:32pm
also it stalls alot pls fix
Zeno 9 May @ 6:18pm
cant take off (max speed 55 mph or kph even with cowlings off)
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 4 May @ 2:51am
@Banana 🍌. It does need a lot of runway but are you sure you closed the cowling flaps? if they remain open during take-off it can become very difficult to take off
Banana 🍌 3 May @ 11:02pm
plane doesn't take off well you need whole multiplayer runway
Banana 🍌 3 May @ 11:02pm
smooth brain one is NOT for smooth brains btw
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 27 Apr @ 10:37am
No you can't reverse in this aircraft
Glitch 27 Apr @ 10:09am
Can you go in revers
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 26 Apr @ 1:18pm
@Glitch. Make sure inf fuel and electric are OFF and that you follow the instructions carefully.
Glitch 26 Apr @ 11:25am
it will not lift up
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 25 Apr @ 1:57pm
@J3WS0N. The button to open and close the cowling flaps can be found to the right of the co-pilot seat at the very right of the cockpit.
weswess 25 Apr @ 11:19am
the entire start up is easy except the engine cowling flap, ive checked around the entire cowling and cannot find it
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 21 Apr @ 12:51pm
@Gordon ramsi. Not closing the cowl flaps will impact the flight performance of the plane yes.
Soulcake 21 Apr @ 8:33am
Oh sorry I forgot to set the pitch everything works now.
clanka 21 Apr @ 7:30am
is not closing the cowl flap impact the aircraft in flight?
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 21 Apr @ 2:17am
@Soulcake. Follow the instructions carefully, if you find them too difficult or annoying to remember I suggest you use the simplified version of this aircraft.

Here's a link: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3436207436
Soulcake 20 Apr @ 11:04am
plane will not move
bwg556 8 Apr @ 5:16pm

Plugga76 3 Mar @ 8:26pm
plane great i pressed the button it crashed i was flying still took a turn to line up with a runway lost airsped crashed on a cliff fell off onto another cliff stopped before completely falling 10/10
Potato 2 Mar @ 2:48pm
this thing is strong i flew it through an ash cloud like 8 times and somehow even tho the flaps and stuff were broken and all taht was left to pilot the plane was the rudder autopilot and altitude hold kept it from crashing until the fuel tanks got rutptured and i dropped out the sky like a freaking missle lol
Potato 2 Mar @ 2:46pm
thanks i figured it out
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 2 Mar @ 1:20am
@Potato, first of make sure you close the cowl flaps before take off and that you pumped the hydraulic pump three times, if that doesn't work check that the flaps have power, second that one is on me, I should've made it clear in the description that you should activate the altitude hold before you try to use the autopilot, hope this helps.
Potato 1 Mar @ 5:57pm
i love how autopilot immeadietly dives the plane into the ground
Potato 1 Mar @ 5:49pm
i cant pull up at all
Big Dicked Femboy :3 27 Feb @ 7:17am
Have your startup include visual instructions because what you currently have doesn't work worth a shit.
PirateAstronaut 23 Feb @ 2:08pm
@CaptionCharles theres two levers at the right of the co pilot seat that controls them
Caption Charles 23 Feb @ 1:59pm
how do you open the cowling flap?
♡BUN BUN♡  [author] 23 Feb @ 1:45pm
@trenfer, yes that's fine by me, you can use the plane in an image.
trenfer 23 Feb @ 9:56am
Hello, I was wondering if you would be okay with my using this creation in a picture as long as I credit you.
