Speaking of wheel arrangement, bro could look into TEM-8 Concept
It has a super short base with 8 wheels.

Also I don't know how this got to the top page, this does NOT look like an actual train. It's tooo llooonngg, It looks like a stretched image. the wheel arangement (D-D) Is not realistic, especially for Europe. It was only ever used on the GE U50, an unsuccesful American diesel locomotive. The X's in the handrail make it useless, and they should be painted black or grey, not neon blue. Fuel tank is tiny.
