There seems to be a bug on this map when trying to select differnt building types of roof, floor and pillars/walls. It seems like I'm always just able to select the first choice of everything. For exampele only wooden roofs and not from sticks or hay

Might have been me, I'm running 2-3 of your mods at the same time, so maybe a conflict?

It's a difficult situation. How many pins are standing on the map selection screen? There should be 4 in the vanilla state, and 5 if the MOD has been added.
Also, doesn't it work as well for other maps I'm uploading? Or are there any other mods that are working?

I've done all that and tried all I can, but every time I start a new save, it just loads a generic map.

Please go to the "Map type Wall" page from the summary section and read the comments section.
- Launch the game, check the MOD checkbox, and exit the game once.
- Reload the seed value several times on the map selection screen
If it does not interfere with other MODs, it may be displayed with this.

It depends on the map seed value. We have designed it so that islands do not generate in red areas as much as possible, but they may be generated in those areas depending on the seed value. When starting the game, make sure there are no shallows in the red areas other than the south side.

raiders almost always start in the shallow water rather than the top layer. i hope theres some way i can prevent the red area from spawning shallow water?

I love the visuals of this map - but there is NO STONE and NO ORE at all :( unfortuanetely. I even went to ground level. Map still looks stunning tho! But is not working because of that unfortunately :(

Thank you for considering my idea! I'm in no rush and I looked into those files and I'm very bambopzeld. So don't worry.

Btw. I got the idea because I want to make an Constantinople playthrough, but another historicall peninsula would be Peniscola in Spain/Valencia

That's an interesting idea. Just let me think. Maps are not easy to create, and it is quite difficult to generate them the way you want. Please be patient.

Hey I really like your mods for different maps. I was wondering If you could make a mod for a peninsula shaped map? What I mean is like 3 sides water and 1 side landconnection?

@坑坑 Groundwater veins must be added as objects by the map author and are not added automatically.
This map is surrounded by water so I did not add any.

@PlayboiCarti4L I mentioned it in the summary section, but I answered a similar question in the comments section of Map type Wall, so please read it once.

@ModernEngineer Thank you for your comment! I noticed the same issue during test play. It seems that the spawn limit for fish is set separately in FishMapResource.json rather than being tied to the map itself. Even if a large number of fish can spawn during map generation, their respawn appears to be limited.
I believe this might also be because maps where half of the area is covered by water are not originally intended by the game.

Love this map! Though somehow in year 2 and onwards, I don't see much fish resources spawn. Do you have any ideas why?

@Ciys This map is not set to allow wolves to appear. That was set up intentionally. If it bothers you, change the settings in the "animals" field. You may modify the MOD as long as it is for personal use.

The animal spawn rate needs to be adjusted. Currently, there's way too many animals at every season. It makes the map too easy even on hard and very hard. I also haven't seen a single wolf spawning on my current save using this map.

@坑坑 Thank you for your comment. Make the most of the terrain and build a strong castle.

@lotte Whether or not you think that's a shame depends on each person. Set up a killzone near the southern island or build a slope.

I think the map is really nice, but sadly the enemys wont reach my settlement until the event is over :/
