The unintended, and rather funny, side effect of that, is that the other human NPCs also use the same replaced sounds, since the flesh_bullet_impact files are shared.

Don't really know. I may attempt to test it tomorrow. I can always brute force through it and replace all player pain sounds, see if any would work.
If successful, I will probably separate the mod into two: one for npcs and one for the player.
