I think the only thing you'll need to do is make the skin and eye colour just pure white. Just #FFFFFF

In the spooky files of your computer there is a spot where you can access your downloaded workshop items from mods. Look up where your workshop mods are stored and Google will tell ya. Each game and workshop item has it's own ID number, so if you look up Rainworld's the internet likely already knows. Alternatively you can just check every game in the folder until you find it. (Steam only makes the game's workshop folder when you get a workshop item, so it shouldn't be that hard to check them all.)
The Rain World modding discord has a lot of experienced people on it so if you ever want technical help, they'll get ya covered!

How exactly do you work off a mod again? Is there a button to remix the mod?

I suspect it would be pretty easy to learn how as DMS has some really good tutorials out there. If you want to try, I you give full permission to work off this mod to make your own. I'd do it myself, but I'm primarily a Hearts of Iron IV modder so my noggin is full of how to making developing national industrial bases fun

Can you make it so that the skin doesn't have the skin colour and eye colour already decided so you can customize the skin colour using the already usable compaign skin changing?

And so do I, SneezingProtogen. In fact, I have learned (through very careful observation), that the researcher sleeps with the magnetic tongue on.
I personally take to tongue off and put it on my lamp when I go to sleep so I don't lose it.

In the Zooliminology Prince care guide video, one of the staff sleeps with a Saint plush
