The Rain World modding discord has a lot of experienced people on it so if you ever want technical help, they'll get ya covered!
I suspect it would be pretty easy to learn how as DMS has some really good tutorials out there. If you want to try, I you give full permission to work off this mod to make your own. I'd do it myself, but I'm primarily a Hearts of Iron IV modder so my noggin is full of how to making developing national industrial bases fun
(P.S. Five Cycles at Pebbles is a very fun mod you should try out)
I personally take to tongue off and put it on my lamp when I go to sleep so I don't lose it.
