Formed attack should be fine, looking at its internal files.

Synced marching would need a compatibility version. Not interested in doing that myself but anyone interested has my permission to make one as long as I'm credited.

Do you think it is compatible with these two mods?
Elven Formed Attack
and
Elven Synced Marching
