Dark & Wood Elves' Staunch Spearlines

Recreating a mod Ado did back in WH2 that never got transferred over to WH3. Built from the ground up and also an animation fix for the Eternal Guards' capes since they weren't originally designed to use these animations.

This mod gives both Dreadspears and Eternal Guard with Shields the High Elf Spearmen animation, to give them a more disciplined and professional look.

Regiments of Renown for both (The Hellebronai, the Winterheart Guards, and the Wardens of Cythral too as they use shields and spears) also use those animations now, and I even took the opportunity to fix a missing shield variant for the Eternal Guard and Glade Riders (they use the same shield) too.

I haven't changed the Bleakswords' animations as they in lore are the reckless ones who charge in hungry for glory while the more sensible Dreadspears hang back and operate more professionally.

Shieldless Eternal Guard are also unmodifed as there aren't any better animations for them which I felt fit, and their current ones do the job fine.

Should be compatible with most things that don't touch the same units. Anyone has my permission to make a compatibility submod for whatever if need be, as long as I am credited.
