@blackwold you need HCE MP installed for this mod to work properly, otherwise you will be stuck in a loading screen forever

One of the best coded, and most engaging mods out there. From the beginning I knew the end, and yet, I was engrossed. Great job!

I wish there were more mods based on the books - they were all incredible reads. The Fall of Reach for Halo Reach, Halo: The Flood for Halo CE, and First Strike for Halo 1.5. I wish more mods adapted elements of the books to make the games feel more like they are all part of the same universe with a more cohesive art style too. Ah well, at least now I can slap Yayap.

@DaRkReaper626 I wanna remind you this is BASED upon the Zuka story. Not a 1:1 retelling because if it was a 1:1 retelling, you'd be hiding in a box for several hours like a coward, committing identity fraud, surviving headshots because plot armor, beating up yayap because Zuka has only terrible plans, and stuffing a shade turret in that elevator somehow. You're just very focused the minor imperfections of the lore of the mod itself, saying "why yes, putting you in a ghost, fighting a warthog is good because its more lore friendly than a Spectre vs Kestral"

@Drksteel in the boarding of the Pillar of Autumn, having your allies fail to follow you is one problem, a bigger problem is having allies locked out of combat after you destroy a unique UNSC turret and enter the next room. Your next set of allies get locked behind a door never assisting you. How did they get past the UNSC without losing a single casualty and most of all, why do you close them off of combat? I hate being a one man army, unless im the Arbiter or a Zealot why have a Spec Ops unit take that role without any stealth mechanics? I cant turn invisible so why is your mod inaccurate? Are you new to Halo?

@Drksteel can you read my previous comments about this mod? You cant make a lore based mod without factoring in covenant presence on the first halo ring. Look up RubyofBlue and take his mindset on making mods into consideration.

Probably a top-5 Halo: Combat Evolved campaign mod on the Workshop. Super well made. I finished it in one sitting because it kept my attention the whole time. I was at first hesitant because I am somewhat getting fatigued playing through mods based on vanilla campaign missions and overhauls, but this mod is so much more than that.

this campaign is awesome. i especially loved the bit on the second truth and reconciliation mission where zuka charges chief as the flood storm the bridge. however, my only complaint is that sometimes navigating the levels can be a little unclear and that dialogue had been implemented in some way (not necessarily voice acting, but some sort of subtitle or something) to fill in some of the awkward gaps where zuka is talking to the other elites. i haven't read the book, so i was a little out of the loop in those areas. amazing campaign otherwise!

Pretty good campaign on Legendary. Some notes:
- Maybe remove about five of the waves at the end of 343GS because that dragged out way too long.
- There are two different pistols that you can hold at the same time (blue/purple HUD) in the first mission.
- You can softlock on TSC by knocking the gold Elite out of the ghost before securing the beachhead.
- Chief's FPV arms are incorrect at the end of the game.
- The proto-Gravemind should be missing Keyes' face, as Chief would have just punched his skull in.
- You can kill Zuka early. Demonstration .

Also, wanted to give props to one really cool detail I noticed. On the final mission (Destruction and Desolation), as you're driving to the elevator, the music changes in the same sequence as it does on the Maw, when you're destroying each of the vents in the engine room as Chief. You can determine Chief's progress by following the progression of the music - super cool.

Very cool mod - makes me hope we get a playable Mona Lisa mod at some point.

Honestly, if I could add one thing to this mod, it'd be a cutscene at the end of the last mission where you get to watch Yayap ride into the desert on a Ghost as the Autumn destructs.

While the campaign is fun there are some stuff that I wish that were handled better.

Some of the levels feel like they need better directions
