Looks like "pasture" is a textile, so it could be taken, yes.
If you want you can use ResidentsExcludedSharedContainers https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3389898370 to create rules to block residents/pets from taking items out of certain containers but still let them put items in, so you could have a pasture container where pasture can be dumped but not taken for consumption.
