actually i midly solve the problem just adding fewes arms with compresed hl2 styled textures
but anyway, i prefer this vanilla-friendly version of the mod because doesn't have mmod support, or modifies too much the sounds
the only thing that this needs is a fix for that hev arms bug
-The bugbait should have a throwing sound like the grenade newly has in the reanimation
-The pistol, RPG, and I think 357 (I forget probably check them all) play the tf2 draw sound inconsistently. You could remove them all or add them to each of the weapons
-Since the RPG uses tf2's rocket reload sound, I think the grenade might as well should have the pinpull sound from css upon drawing it
-The shotgun still ejects shells from the heat shield, and also I while it's not in the OG reanimation mod I think the shotgun ejecting 2 shells from a double blast like in hl1 would be cool
-The AR2 and SMG have (kind of) misaligned muzzleflash placements in default FOV
-The SMG should have its worldmodel from the pseudo-MMOD version
-Replacement for the v_models

That means it has all of the reanimations from your mod with 0 problems now.
try decompile the one from half-life 2, and move the corrective animation to the reanimated ones.
it worked for me, should be the solution.
Guess i might as well decompile and recompile it again.
you can keep this up, might as well update it with the current version that uses c_hand rig.
that way you can keep this as the "default" vanilla option without the mmod enhancements.
