I recommend keeping ingredients, stoves, and meal storage nearby to a dedicated robot, if you don't have/want a survivor to do it. You can also use the mod here to alter the Service Bots' tasks, and set one or two to just cooking and nothing else.

No conflicts with any other game rules.
I'd recommend checking out Insects Level Up All Species by Ark Builder btw, instead of getting a massive hoard of week enemies, this mod levels them up into smaller, stronger mobs.
But if it's something folks want, I can definitely look into it.
The ones in this mod have their own research entries. You must also research Service Robots to unlock them, except for the Medical Drone which requires Surgical Beds instead.
If you have researched those and they're still not showing, then can you send me your save file through Discord or here?
You need to research Delivery Drones and Service Bots first for them to appear, with those having their own prerequisites to appear as well.
Most definitely works, have done many playthroughs with no issues. :)
P.S. already enabled the mods
I'm extremely grateful to injto4ka's for his help with deciphering a lot of it. These mods wouldn't exist without him and his adding support/fixes in SAD_CommonLib.
Ranching seems to imply the handling function for it, since I can enable that activity on the drone and it will now be able to deliver food to the trough, but again, also flips on everything else related to Ranching.
I'll see what I can figure out, but no promises.
Handling differs from Delivery, and Delivery Drones are only capable of Delivery. Service Bots, however, have both (and more) as an available activity.
Handling is dedicated to providing resources to interactive storage where recipes are involved or devices that can be toggled in some manner, so crafting benches, furnaces, flipping power on/off, changing a power circuit, etc. Delivery is intended for static storage where an item is just put in a "box" and nothing more, so Freezers, shelves, lockers, unfinished construction items, etc.
Seeing if i can limit it somehow. Weirdly you can have taming and feeding as they're own separate activities, but not filling troughs...
In theory I should be able to just add the "Ranching" activity to it, but I don't want them to be able to train animals if I can help it because it's a bit silly and would take away from their main task if there's a bunch of animals to train.
I was also wondering about just doing a property change to Delivery Drones, being that delivering/transporting stuff is their bread and butter.
I'll play with it. Appreciate the idea!
Will research and see if other smart modder folk have some suggestions, be it either fixing the activity, or barring the drone from being able to interact with it. In the meantime, I would advise caution when using both at the same time until a solution can be found.
Should be fairly simple as it should just involve some code to alter the efficiency rating.
Also did a bunch of tree cutting with different types of trees to see if I can could create some issues, but it worked fine for me.
Make sure you unsubscribe and resubscribe to verify you've got the latest version. You may have to start a new save, but generally updates to the mod don't require one.
FWIW the labor drones in my save have been performing their tasks without issue after the latest update.
If they're still not scavenging wrecks or cutting trees after you've done the above, let me know and I'll see what I can find.
