300% damage pretty much one or two shots everything except high health mobs. Weapon reserves cant be affected except by modifying the weapon files.

Is there a reason why 3 (300%) is max? Just curious as it'd be interesting for a lot more chaos coming out of this with higher values but if there are engine limitations that makes sense. Also idk if it is possible to make it so that weapon reserves can be affected by the randomizer as well
