advent graveyard POI is most time empty

ah that is a side effect of a fix ... the optional mods would be completly optional. but i had to fix something to not have empty missions below force level 5. and that apparently creates the mission even if you don't have the mod.

what you can do if you are not using the hive is simply this: Delete the File XComMissionDefs.ini in this notmod

The mod gave me a Hive Covert Escape mission from a supply scan, I don't even have the Hive mod. The mission itself was a standard covert escape with a few ADVENT soldiers, except the extraction point was outside the map. After killing everyone I used the "EnableGlobalAbility PlaceEvacZone" command and evaced my soldiers and it did count as a victory and gave me the rewards, but without commands it would be soft-locked so it seems the optional mods are not quite as optional as the description suggests.

commented out the TLE missions here
they are added in my TLE missions anyways, and there are also encounter changes in play to have them play nicely with a campaign
i did forget to comment it out. If you want those missions you have to subscribe to this mod where all encounters got adjusted: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3123105223

I haven't voted this yet but uh.. I probably shouldn't have added after I started my campaign already. The first mission I got had me fight against 3 avatars, a gatekeeper, and an Andromedon. And I'm only tier 1... After a bunch of reloads and a few deaths, I finally won the mission in 20 turns.

i have no idea of the interactions with LWOTC ... if Scanning Sites Plus 2 works in LWOTC, then this should work too
