the HK416 is practically ready at this point, only localization, balancing and a couple of more modifications still need to be done

(p.s. author he's telling you to add the AKMS bc if you removed a stock youd be able to handle the weapon quieter despite having terrible control of recoil, therefore making it a great backup if you get spotted since you'd do high damage plus accuracy, with the added bonus of it being silent so if you dont get spotted it isn't slowing you down too much)

create a new folder in the IV2 directory named "mods", and then put the files there:)
also consider creating a "mods_staging" folder so you can upload stuff later!!

where exactly do I put the files if I am doing it manually? the IV2 common folder is pretty empty

AKMS is a variant of the AKM rifle with a folding shoulder piece (stock). Folds forward-down, under the handguard. Designed specifically for VDV airborne troops.
