@smirkyshadow for all hierarchies I finished yeah (feudalism and technocratic), all other just changes the law which changes you nation hierarchy. But I do want to rework the technocratic one and the system of which hierarchy gets chosen
smirkyshadow 26 Sep @ 9:45pm
do these even have effects yet?
田飞一马 12 Sep @ 11:43am
I only realized when I was almost in the 20th century that the AI almost never chose any level 3 production technology except rubber, and there was no technology diffusion at all. I think it was because there was an extra production technology.
Pflegi  [author] 10 Sep @ 6:18am
@田飞一马 that's intresting. Do you have a crash log and a error log you could dm me? My mod shouldn't impect any logic related to the effects of the Alaska selling.
田飞一马 10 Sep @ 5:36am
The game I've been playing has been crashing repeatedly recently. I tried it and it seems to be caused by Russia selling Alaska to the United States. I'm not sure if it's just a problem with this mod or a conflict caused by enabling other mods at the same time.
Pflegi  [author] 29 Jun @ 1:29am
@GodwinMarcelle I understand the approach. But the technocrat movement was based more on the idea that academics should manage the economy and therefore favoured a planned or state-led system. It was only later that there were also technocratic systems that tried out the cooperative approach.

Therefore, the basic movement was more hierarchical top-down than democratic bottom-up.

But I understand what you mean and I have had the idea of mixed forms of the ‘extreme’ or ‘pure’ basic forms for a while. What you describe would then be a mixture of technocratic and probably syndicratic.
GodwinMarcelle 29 Jun @ 12:33am
Perhaps it would make sense for the Technocratic system to also have an "or cooperative ownership" tacked on. That can make as much sense for a traditional technocracy as a command economy; both are presumptive that the people in charge of an economy know the individual matters they're talking about.
Maybe just in the Hierarchies only submod if you feel that doesn't make sense for your seemingly more science fiction idea for the mechanics.
Pflegi  [author] 27 Jun @ 11:38pm
@Cowbian @ItsmehDoovid Sorry, forgot to make it public. It now should be.
ItsmehDoovid 27 Jun @ 7:27pm
It says there was a problem accessing the submod.
Cowbian 27 Jun @ 4:30pm
I think the mod is private
DeluvianSenecca 19 Jun @ 7:26am
@ecovibe you mean the Trotskyists lmao they were the cringest
Pflegi  [author] 18 Jun @ 11:35pm
@Cowbian added a submod, that mod has just the hierachies without mechanics, events and JE.
Cowbian 18 Jun @ 9:45pm
could you make a version without the robots and stuff
EchoVibe 18 Jun @ 2:10pm
Stalin was an autocrat, the soviet leaders after were better
DeluvianSenecca 18 Jun @ 2:07pm
It's not. Don't believe everything you read on Wikipedia it's usually written by people who hang out all day on reddit
Pflegi  [author] 17 Jun @ 9:44am
@DeluvianSenecca
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stalinism
If you want to read it, in short it's an autocratic form of left wing government.
DeluvianSenecca 17 Jun @ 9:36am
stalinsitic lmao like tahts a thing bro haha
General Panzerboy 12 Feb @ 2:10pm
really great mod with some good potential. Really love how one can influence the fall of the nobility by supporting one of the 3 other IG's. Keep up the good work and good luck with your exam
Pflegi  [author] 24 Jan @ 11:20pm
@Tandominion I'm not abandoning it, but I'm currently in the exam phase. So I have less time for coding. After the exam phase, which should be in about 1 month, I'll start updating the mod again.
Tandominion 24 Jan @ 4:32pm
In the case you decide to abandon this mod, given your lack of time I suggest you reach out to the runner of the laws+ mod to continue this one
Pflegi  [author] 13 Jan @ 2:32pm
@Anothyre It should. BPM doesn't override the laws I use. So it should work fine, but if you find a bug, feel free to report it in the "Bug Report" discussion. I know there are some new bugs, but every bug that gets posted is a bug that can be fixed faster.
Anothyre 13 Jan @ 11:38am
@Pflegi Does this include the requirements for laws? (syndicalism for syndikratic)
Pflegi  [author] 13 Jan @ 6:29am
@_Sun_Man_ yes it is, all functions also work with the modified IG's from BPM
_Sun_Man_ 13 Jan @ 2:49am
Is this compatible with BPM?
Pflegi  [author] 12 Jan @ 11:39pm
@牛奶大魔王 Thanks for the work, I will gladly include the link
牛奶大魔王 12 Jan @ 11:15pm

GodwinMarcelle 29 Dec, 2024 @ 11:28am
Wonderful~! Please take all the time you need~
Pflegi  [author] 28 Dec, 2024 @ 11:40pm
@GodwinMarcelle Yes, but I've had a lot to do at university in the last few weeks. But I was able to continue working on it over the last few days and I hope to be publishing the update by next week or the week after.
GodwinMarcelle 28 Dec, 2024 @ 2:01pm
Is this still an ongoing project?
GodwinMarcelle 30 Nov, 2024 @ 11:37am
Oh I adore the idea of Direction Laws~! I can't wait to see where you go with this ever further~!
Cnado 30 Nov, 2024 @ 3:41am
@GodwinMarcelle I concur precisely, that's a much better term
Pflegi  [author] 30 Nov, 2024 @ 1:51am
@hiytnwgc Yeah, that would be possible. But at the moment I'm concentrating on improving the other options. But if I have time between updates, I would try to add it.
hiytnwgc 30 Nov, 2024 @ 1:14am
Would it be possible to introduce a solely-for-Chinese and almost unable to remove scholar-official hierarchy? Like, as per the famed "Four Occupations", aristocrat + bureaucrat + clergymen > capitalist(shunned by ruling confucian elites) + Clerks > engineer + Farmer + Machinists > Shopkeepers + officers + Academics(those who study "practical knowledge" are of little use to confucian bureaucracy) > Peasants + Laborers + Servicemen + Slaves
GodwinMarcelle 28 Nov, 2024 @ 11:00am
@Cnado "Vanguardist" would probably work better than just "Authoritarian", as there's a few different paths here that can be called earnestly or derogatorily Authoritarian.
Pflegi  [author] 27 Nov, 2024 @ 10:50pm
@bomb_oclottt I'm thinking about adding more. But right now I'm focussing more on adding effects/mechanics to the existing ones. So it may be a while before more are added.
Cnado 27 Nov, 2024 @ 10:24pm
Looks cool, I'd only recommend getting rid of the 'Militarized Police' requisite for the 'Militant' hierarchy (It unlocks soooooo late into the game) and probably renaming 'Stalinistic' to 'Authoritarian' or somethin like along that line
bomb_oclottt 27 Nov, 2024 @ 10:15pm
Can you do one for fascist
1230james 26 Nov, 2024 @ 5:19pm
Just FYI the 00_social_hierarchies.txt file does not and should not be overwritten. Vic3 is not like PDX's older titles like HoI4. You can and should define the vast majority of modded content in new files.
force200 26 Nov, 2024 @ 1:04pm
You seem to have misunderstood what "Corporate State" means. It doesn't refer to corporations in the modern sense as a synonym for large companies, but rather to the socio-economic theory/ideology of corporatism.
Strynker 25 Nov, 2024 @ 5:01pm
This mod has great potential, what a great idea the author has come up with.
GodwinMarcelle 25 Nov, 2024 @ 1:43pm
Oh I adore this~! I can't wait to see how it evolves~!
PlayForNoWinnersOrLosers 25 Nov, 2024 @ 8:35am
Great job! Looking forward to more content.
Pflegi  [author] 24 Nov, 2024 @ 11:29am
Fertig.
