We don't know when Borealis exactly dissapeared. Yes the ship's drydock is on old Aperture but the container could be newer. My theory is that the Borealis dissapeared shortly after GLaDOS took over and the scientists used the Borealis to escape.

Pretty sure EZ2 uses a unique model, so prob no unless I learn how to make retextures

yeah, this mod doesn't work, i get the checkerboard texture instead, a beautiful sight to behold indeed, very chronologically consistent!!

As far as i remember, Borealis incident happened shortly before incident with GLaDOS, and by that time Aperture used modern logo

This mod doesn't work, you selected a vpk, HL2 doesn't take VPKs anymore, it has to be a folder.
