I'm sad this doesn't have a playermodel but that aside this is still very neat and will for sure be useful for background characters in animations.

The inside of the hood needs to be darker IMO. The current texturing makes it look hollow

It's a super good job for your first TF2-styled character, but I'd say not modelling the hoodie drawstrings is what makes it look super weird. Looks like a cultist from the waist up!

I had a go and realized how much re-rigging and bone re-positioning I'd want to do to make things look good and so this will either be on backburner for awhile or i might not do it lol

I absolutely love this, the style of the model, the way how it fits almost perfectly in the TF 2 scenes. Great job! It could be a great playermodel too <3

I know you literally just uploaded this 15 minutes ago, so believe me when I say there's no rush - but this would be really cool as a Playermodel.

I love how well it fits into the Team Fortress 2 style, for your first attempt, this is damn near perfect!
