Description
The Citizen

The citizen is designed to be a civillian character who can be used as crowd filler akin to SMB's Shy guys. This is my first attempt at a TF2 styled character (this was made before the clone trooper) so if you wish to enhance or modify it to better fit your needs, be my guest.
