idk how you cant get the bugbait from it, last time i played hl2 i had this and hla antlions and it worked perfectly fine, you should check if its other mod

@Mason A.C.A.D. its just a texture replacement so it would fit with the hla antlions, it shouldnt be doing that

it appears this mod has broken my play though. If the antlion guard model is altered in anyway the vort in sand traps can't find it and cant get the bugbait from it. this issue still persits even after I reinstalled the game and verified the files. So yeah just really unfortunate. it could also just be my game because this issue seems to be common.

Yeah I know about the zombies because it requires a patch for eps that fixes the fast zombie crash, which is not included on the workshop. As for this mod, yeah it's just a retexture, that's why it's so weird. I've played much bigger mods in the past and they were super stable, but I never expected such a headache from a custom mod setup on anniversary edition.

@the_vm and this is just a retexture, not a model replacement, so its not prone to crash

@the_vm its another addon probably, people are having issues Volkolaks Zombies crashing there games

Be advised this mod seems to make the game very crash prone on every second or third level transition in vanilla hl2. Very weird, I know.
