It's amazing! With the update now everything is fixed and works! The titles and lines work AND the BMCE HECU soldiers work, Jackson isn't an error model and now its all good!

Unique HECU soldier. The one across from you on the right in the osprey ride, who says "Anyone know whats going on?" who seems to be Jackson, the grunt who goes with you into the facility in Chapter 2.
The console also mentioned "grunt_militaryunique02" being unable to find gestures, so I'm pretty sure its Jackson.

Deleted both the Misc files, and it did get better. The BM:M voicelines are back and the title was back to BM:M too. I was still seeing the ERROR model instead of one of the marines, for some strange reason. All the HECU and marines were back to their default models, and all the other BM staff were on their BMCE models and whatnot.
Would there be any sort of conflict or internal thing in the BMCE vpks that need to be modified to fix this or something?
Is there something in the misc file that causes the stuff that was happening before?

Did as said and got weird results. Theres no audio coming from the soldiers (Like none of the BM:Military voicelines) I'm playing on the Arrival chapter and immediately at the start in the Osprey nearly all the soldiers are doing their default standing pose, and it replaced the title with Black Mesa Inbound. I also got a ERROR on one of the soldiers and one of the maps started with a Node Graph out of date message.
Do I need to like mount or install the files a specific way? Did I like, need to do something else after that?

Is this updated and tested to work with the most recent version of BM:Military? And what exactly am I supposed to do? Do i just put the 1_BMCEMilitary folder in the BM:Military custom folder?

I moved the folder to bmmilitary/custom folder but all hecu soldier are error succes what should i do?

Will there be one for the new bmcer to be added?

Думаю после выхода полной версии мода можно и addon в стиле BM Blue shift сделать с новыми зомби но надо как то реализовать несколько скинов у модели зомби гранта (zombie grunt) чтобы и скин солдата был и оперативника и зомби-рабочих из BM Blue shift
