I was playing FAF using your mod and I got stuck at the last part, the gate at the bunker that's supposed to be open remained shut making me get soft-locked, I tried restarting the chapter but the issue was still there
- Restore the Manta fly-by bombing sequence & the .50 cal from the vanilla version of this map to the surface fight
- Replace the Xen Ceiling turrets in the final area with a recreation of the Xen Floor Turret in the same area from HL1
1. copy only a single folder of the two that start with "1_" depending if you are using BCME or BCME:R.
2. Copy MapSrc Folder into custom (I actually dont know if we need this)
3. Copy "FAFChapterOverhaul.vpk" to custom.
I can't believe I missed the 2023 update for BMCE
ERROR: C_ServerRagdoll::InitModel : models/humans/fem_office_worker.mdl missing vcollide data

because what you described in your last comment, is what was the problem for me as well, but after i removed it, the problem was gone!
