1. Remove the ramp-up in running speed - it's hard to gauge attacks when your speed is inconsistent
2. Make stopping from running instant and remove the frictionless aspect of the character - there are more time than I can count when playing I've slid off the edge and lost stocks from it
3. Make grounded up-specials always launch but damage and range are relative to charge time - I feel that it's a long wait time and investment to a menial return with damage and infection rate

⚠ HERE THEY COME!
To be honest, the infected being annoying is probably one of the most accurate to source characters I've seen. I also do like all the references.
But that rune idea you had was exactly what I had in mind.
As for the KO power, that was intentional, because despite their aggression and speed, Infected is not a very strong character. Which is where the Tank comes in to confirm a KO.
(i do find that infected can't reliably k-o using smash attacks under like. 180%, im not sure if thats intentional or not)
not sure what was up with before
Then once the Meter is full, press SPECIAL at the beginning of either FStrong or Ustrong.
I also do not know what you mean by run jab not doing damage, as it seems to work on my end.
also its way to fast i keep finding myself slipping too much also one bug i found is the run jab does no dmg
