Delightful. The design is so sleek that it seems impossible to improve it on the unit of space. It's a shame that the "house expansion" used twice by 4 houses, although (unlike filters) the upgrade physically allows be used once for all four.

The only drawback, unlike simpler designs, is that it seems impossible to build a block gradually, that is, as resources and technologies become available (or rather, it's possible, but too difficult to replicate).
