When the gravity was not removed from the map in normal maps I got scared and almost uninstalled it lol
The thing is that this button is right next to the valve , and when you turn it all the way, the button's sprite turns on , letting the player know that it needs to be pressed.
You may have seen these buttons before and certainly pressed them, it's just that the button there is not red, but yellow.

Well, i like HDR more for the contrast of lighting, it can add atmosphere. Bright lighting from Half-Life: Source would not fit here.
Anyway, lamps on decompiled maps from Half-Life: Source often didn't have any entity for lighting, and if you compile the maps again, there will be no lighting on them.
It seems that they work differently, so HDR doesn't affect them.
