How it works (spoiler):
At the beginning of the round, a random piece of headgear gets 'infected' with 035. equipping it will turn it into either comedy or tragedy, and create the monster. you can see which item got infected by enabling debug mode in the lua file and checking the debug console.
Why is it like this? If it were just an ordinary item, there would no incentive for the player to put it on outside of trolling. I figured this was a good way to make containment an actual challenge on more serious servers.
Really not recommended for campaign play, I primarily designed it for SCPRP.
