Was cool that you exposed a flaw with having all every HVAC panel a Prop Physics object.
Ill consider making changes based on your experience.
I'll also rework it to make it clearer that you should try to avoid breaking the HVAC in general. It's supposed to be a stealth mission, in spite of the fact that the Gman didnt hear your gunshot lol!
I should've faded to black each time you blew up the trip mines with ur pistol with a Mission Failed sign... Thats why you were doing a Toner puzzle in mid air each time hahaha!
Also, i could see that you weren't a fan of the headcrabs. they were the best working headcrabs i could find for such a narrow space. i wanted to make this a partially narrow space experience. But you could technically do it, seated in a chair with the right configuration...
I couldn't get the instructor hints to work on my machine (I probably need to set another gameinstructor variable), nevertheless the only part where I missed the hint was which CD I had to grab after it fell out of the drive, since they looked the same. Also I really liked the CD copying mechanic, it makes me feel that I have accomplished my mission.

Give it another play, please! This time with hints on.
Yet they need improvement. I wanted to block them (like I'm used to from HL) and got instantly killed, a damage model would be better. The fan is not centered and rotates in an ellipse and
when I take it apart the func_rotating is visible with dev textures.
The traversal modifier still interferes with the movement.
I like the additional headcrabs, but the fast headcrabs do not work and spawn multiple times.
At the end I got detached from the cable and could walk around shooting the mines without consequences.

I've updated the mod to better address the issues you presented.
Also, I've added a few more puzzles and challenges.
If you get a chance to try it again, let me know what you think.
I'm thinking about making it even darker in the HVAC, because the blacks look so good on my pimax crystal light haha
Some feedback, the vent right at the start only has a very small step for me to stay on and not to fall into the abyss. Weird that I had to shoot the vent to unhinge it.
At the mines, the traversal trigger makes it impossible for me to move using continuous movement. Teleport wasn't precise enough and I was forced to move in real space (I have a talent for hitting my furniture).
I would suggest to have the trigger disabled as long as the mines are active, the player can't safely use it when those are active anyways.
The scene itself feels very cool.

It's currently, still got a few bugs left, but i'm fixing them right now. should be ready by tomorrow morning. had to do a recompile.
