Actually, the reason why they changed it was because in the Ideology DLC, they added the Transhumanist meme for Ideologions, and they didn't want the trait to be confused with the meme, but as you say, you don't use DLCs yourself, so the change would just be a downgrade for you. I totally get it, by the way. Body Modder is a stupid name.

@Gerewoatle Personally I understand why it was changed especially as there are other methods than cybernetics that the trait bonuses now, though I still prefer it as transhumanist as I don’t use DLCs like Biotech in my run. Also the connotation thing, as you said.

This was always a dumb change. When I see "body modder" I don't think cybernetic enhancement, I think of psychologically disturbed people cutting off half their fingers with a box cutter because it fits their "internal aesthetic" or whatever.
