@Patapignouf Today I purchased a transport helicopter. I got my team in, set the designation and then I got a message from the crew "Helicopter is ready. let's go!" And then nothing happens, we just sit on the ground. How do I get the helicopter to take off?

@Teclado con vida, i think you don't enable the right setting. There is a setting to display exact location of the objective on map. By default, there is no marker on map and you have to read the mission description to understand where you have to go.
It's an advanced settings, it can be modified on mission setup.

I have one last question, why when I get a mission it doesnt show up on the map, and when I assign it the icon also doesn't appear, why is so?

As an admin you can press "U" by default and access to "ADMIN" panel, then you will be able to add money or spawn vehicle everywhere.

yes but without the actual cost, I remember playing with my cousin and he just spawn vehicles out of thin air

@blackcloud6 there are multiple action on each key objects. You can switch between each action with you mouse scroll up/down. You cannot hire AI if you don't take the class "Leader".

@Patapignouf This morning I booted up the RPG and set up a small scenario. This time when I went to the High Command (who appropriately was standing next to the porta-potty) the interact message that popped up was to purchase a new team, which I did and was able to command them as normal. Previously, this interaction never popped up, is there a way to do so or cycle through possible command interactions?

@Patapignouf Thanks. I tried that and couldn't figure out how to hire AI players. Most f the time I can't figure out how to talk tot he High Command.

@blackcloud6, i think you can hire AI in your squad by talking to the High Commander. They will spawn between 40-60 meters outside of the fortifications (because of a very bad pathfinding).

@blackcloud6 there is a known issue where other players spawn on the water if they join after before the end of the mission generation. Try to boot with all players or make them wait for the end of the mission generation. Tell me if it "fix" the bug.

When I generate a patrol, the guys in my squad always end up in the water no where near the Blue FOB nor my character. I do I get them to start with me?

i can't play the map cus "you cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadle content that has been deleted. universal_uniforms"(malden_2035 map too) this error.
May I know what the problem is?

Oops must've missed the save button, my bad.
Thought as much for the ground transports, all's well, nothing like 3 full drops of AAF paratroopers on your head.
We've been using Isky's AI Tweaks with AI skill at 1.0 so fairly vanilla and still plays great, patrols and attacks come from unexpected angles.
Might throw lambs in there to trip the guys up haha.

I really hope the last version of the mission will fix your bugs ;).

You can save your loadout on the Loadout box by clicking on the "Save" button, then it will be applied on each respawn.
There is no plan for enemies ground transport for the moment because of the driving AI totaly drunked. :p
opfor will do reinforcement on foot, planes and helicopter. But the mod is totaly compatible with VCOM, CF_BAI and LAMBS if you want smarter AI.

@SempeR you could possibly run the dedi in persistent battlefield mode though you'll have to keep it running, haven't checked if it works for this mission but it has for DUWS in the past.

Absolutely fantastic scenario, everything the group wanted from DRO and more. First time I'm seeing these sorts of OPFOR reinforcements without a zeus involved.

Couple little issues:
Objects used to start Defend objectives can be destroyed, leaving you unable to progress a mission
HVT Targets often spawn inside rocks, especially on Malden. I have also ran into overlapping FOB where they really borked and showed the helper arrows, spawned in a rock formation.
Sometimes, massive (12-18) groups of civvies will spawn out in the wild, civvies are usually completely bugged and dont move or respond to anything. These school trips are usually coupled with very low fps for the lower end guys.

A toggle to save loadout on death would be a nice touch in the future.
Also, are ground transport reinforcements a thing and I just haven't come across one or is it something you guys are planning on adding in the future?

What do you mean by "Save it on dedicated" ? You can copy the .pbo file to your dedicated server in order to play it.

@Lowskool, there is a parameter to skip the full faction parsing. You can enable it before starting the scenario in the parameters menu. The only time I saw infinite faction generation is with all RHS mods + 3CB.

@Pata This is a drowning effect and it is in all of the missions upon spawn and will not come off. All mods are unloaded and the effect still remains.

This effect is not a part of the mission, you have to search on your other mods :).

@Bobby Bodega ACE has no effect on ADMIN menu behaviour.
You have a strange issue with this panel, i'have no problem on my dedicated server or on local host. Tested with or without ACE.
Can you try without mod ?

@Pata - I just tested and the ADMIN menu did not repopulate after death. I respawned on my tent. Also, does the realism mode control whether the command panel shows? (I am NOT using ACE)

Thanks for the update. It seems when I respawn that I can't see my command panel anymore. I become a squad member but don't resume leader when I respawn. I also lose the ADMIN menu (playing locally hosted). It seems to make me squad leader after a bit of time / sometimes.

@sadovan on the mission setup UI, you can place the blufor FOB on water. Then it will create a aircraft carrier for blufor.

If it's just the ability to pause, i will try to enable solo play on the next release. You can always play on single player by hosting a LAN game.
