also gotta sweep won't move for about a minute on first spawn unless you adjusted the convars as this is his behavior in the actual game

random idea: controllable versions of the nextbots, they don't move by default but you can press e on one to become it, this hides your playermodel and changes your controls as well as adding some other stuff. if you morph into baldi/null, you will see an indicator whenever someone makes a sound that baldi can hear, and you can only move by slapping your ruler

yeah, most likely thing right now though is i'll make him take up a random navmesh area that's small (but not too small due to diagonal parts of a map generating many small navmesh pieces)

Maybe he could take 25% of your suit's battery if you had any? You could always make it configurable though

yeah that's what i was thinking, i just didn't know how to determine it to make it seem reasonable (it would be annoying for players if he covered a massive opening and took a SWEP they currently had in their inventory)

It's A Bully could probably teleport somewhere random where there is an opening and function normally, just with an extended hitbox that covers the entire opening. If you have any weapon or SWEP in your inventory it will remove a random one.

yeah there's an issue with rough terrain (since baldi only moves when he slaps his ruler and he doesn't have any air control) but i'm not sure how to get it fixed

like the original game, baldi is the only one in the map until you get a problem wrong, which will then spawn all of the other characters

i'm probably going to make a baldi gamemode that comes with the mod, it will work on ANY map, it spawns baldi in front of the first spawn location on the map (which is also where the player will be spawned), notebooks will get spawned around the map and you can collect them, making baldi faster. gotta sweep gets spawned at a random location on the map, principal of the thing will get spawned in a random "good room" (somewhere where a dead end is)

of course if you get questions wrong than the friendly baldi entity will become the regular baldi entity

im probably going to work on a notebook entity (with a working yctp) and maybe a friendly baldi entity with it (if there is a friendly baldi in the map then baldi will appear in the yctp, the music will play, and baldi will have his voicelines). you will also be able to force adjust notebooks until the impossible questions, as well as the ability to reset the count of notebooks collected

no because the only way to realistically "kill" null is by using the remover on him, but that prevents him from rendering anything

"what is the hardest character to make from all the games" probably first prize due to the fact that he can be seen in 360 degress (and his pushing logic would be hard to code)
