Its better to leave the mod alone as Is. If need be, a new one can be made. As of now we still use this for the private server we have.

Unfortunately, thats alot of work and the person who commissioned it went missing, so I can't afford to spare the time on it. If someone commissions an update/rework I could, but i cant promise that with how much I have to do lately, sorry!

i know this mod has had no further updates after almost an entire year but please, if you still know that this mod exists, just add configuration to the mod so you can change how fast the bars fill up

I'm also encountering the issue mentioned below, even at max stamina.
