I've made a version of this that includes the mods as optional extras (they aren't structural) while using as few resources as possible, Let me know what you think =)

I made a tighter, smaller footprint, stackable version, with an extender spot that hits all 4 homes, as well as ability to drop insulation on each side if you want that as well.

really great blueprint. Can drop it down at tier 1 no problem and eventually add in extensions on the side very easily

I love being able to just look through the workshop and see the creativity of people. Awesome design, I'd use it but I really like making my home stacks gross and awful
