Another way to prove it can be done with Undo - it's sort of like save-scumming in the way that you can go back to the same point any number of times. Generally speaking, the AI picks randomly from the moves that fall into the criteria I mentioned above, so you can see all the moves it would do by this method.
In any case, you should try the General AI I released recently which can work on any character. With a larger moveset, it's more likely to switch up the moves it uses.
>starts match with favorite character and goon
>gets thrown 21 times in a single game before losing
fantastic
It feels like he's trying his best with the moves he's got, and he's taught me all I know. He's definitely the sensei holding back on his student. 10/5 Would recommend.
I've been fighting him non-stop on Hard.
He only does 2 counter frequently. It is Grab and Burst. That's pretty much it.
Guaranteed to always happen:
-Will always grab at close range
-if you are in close range during a combo and Burst gauge is full, it will always instantly burst
The Hard option is barely hard at all, it just takes a lot of time for it to decide what to do and I could basically scroll through twitter while he decides what to do. And it still loses.
Improvement to its decision making is my suggestion. And hopefully we could also make it choose a modded character. Randomly or Manually. I'm kinda bored fighting the same guy already.
But I need to say that sometimes I need to uninstall it several times for it to work.
And, as the author said, you can try deleting character cache.
Not a good time honestly.
When I load a match with Goon, the only part of the level that is visible is a small circle in the middle of the screen where you can see some background and floor. no characters spawn and I can't pause to select Quit.
try deleting your character cashe in settings, it worked for me but honestly idk what it does
