@PewBlub, Thank you also good luck with the Eye! The water force issue was fixed a day ago but if you started your story mode before that it won't show till you start a new one sadly. I'll take a look at the buttons and lighting next time I'm in the editor.

Very nice ship! About to bring it into the Eye with my guys.
Only real complaints I have is that the top airlock button is a bit hard to click on, especially considering how dark that room is.
Bottom left airlock is also pretty dark and hard to see the button in, additionally when you open the doors the amount of force the water hits you with can sometimes lead to some weird physics hijinks, not sure if that is intentional.

@Divisionic, Thanks I'm glad you love it! Most of the water pressure issue is because there is 2 doors instead of 1 like most people have. I'll play around and see if I can fix it.

Hey!

I am in absolute Love with this Submarine, which I haven't had since the 705k-Lyra.

My one biggest gripe with this Submarine is the way the bottom left Airlock operates when opening the Hatches to let water in.
The way the Water floods in is aggressive enough to initiate spontaneous Quantum Tunneling of any Operator who is unlucky enough to be beneath the Hatch under the Electrical Department.

I'll be honest, it wouldn't be so bad if the opening button wouldn't be beneath the Hatch to Electrical.

I hope it'll get reworked so it gets flooded by the pump first, before opening the pits to wet hell.

@Mori, its the camera system. When you see the room click and it will cycle the cameras and you can cycle between rooms in the sub.

this is a very good submarine. I really like that the submarine is very well decorated (for example, there is a separate living room for the captain or for the mechanic) if you make more submarines it would be cool if you paid the same attention to the decor because most submarines look like boring gray bricks

@Yog-Sothoth21, This sub (Venator) and the Vindicator. Vengeance is OP unless you have difficulty increasing mods as it was designed for mass public multiplayer games. Warthog is more meme than sub. If you're experienced it's OP if your new it's weak.

I'd recommend this and/or the Vindicator.

Love your ships, man. But the access to the weapon's periscopes feel a little tricky with the sonar monitors right behind them. Way too easy to missclick and diffucult to pixel-hund in the heat of battle for my crew. Any chance of future change? Or, maybe, I can fix it myself somehow?

I've read the words "blast doors" and am immediately sold, love your ships! Gonna go test this, it looks phenomenal. Blast doors are an absolute joy in Barotrauma, it's nice to have an emergency protection method.

Alright, thanks for the info. I'm playing a campaign with some people and our captain won't add vengeance to the mod pack because it's a bit op. But he did agree to add Venator

@ZX12, The vengeance needs some love. My next series of updates for it are to try and reduce item and structure count so its more stable. I know the mod performance fix makes it playable but I want it stable from a vanilla standpoint too. Its gonna be a series of updates. Once I get it to where I want Ill bring the IIIn and cn back its just rough pushing the same update across 4 variants technically. Probably be a month.

I understand that the power grid may not be the best by design, but the light boxes should probably just be relay components hidden inside the sub's walls with higher power set on them. This would ensure that a overload doesn't fry the whole lights system as well, and just one or two junction boxes could fix the whole sub. Otherwise, this is a great submarine that has many features that I see others miss out on. Great job.

Well, Winterhalter also has a large turret and it's a scout, I feel like this sub would be most similar to it, considering both are made for research

@ZX12, I would have liked to have picked the deep diver classification from back in the day but they dropped that classification. Beyond that none of the classifications really fit it so I just went with attack because im guessing that upgrade path is probably what most people want. You could say its attack because it does have a large turret but that's offset by some blind spots due to the research module (giant medbay) and a power grid thats not the greatest.

@Matt92099, it should show up if you hover your cursor over it. Some mods can break that feature in the game. It should pop up in blue letters.
