Really love this mod, but I do notice a small issue. On every campaign, the lord pool completely dries up after a few turns. It doesn't last long, so it's not a huge problem. Still, might be something to look into.

Using it with the Execute Useless heroes mod, which (I know nothing about modding), might be causing some issue?. Had a couple of campaigns where I had no issues besides some of the aforementioned pools drying up once in a while.

Updated for baseline 6.1 - no obvious changes were needed after some testing; mainly forcing the Mod Manager to change from the warning icon to the green checkmark icon instead

Not sure if it'll work long term, but if anybody's still having issues with the lord pool drying up, try changing the value of min_total_recruitment_pool_entries and recruitment_pool_entries_per_category from 3 and 3 to something higher. I'd recommend using 'Save Character' function so that you can at least get level 1 characters of the trait you want on subsequent games.
Not sure how it will work on longer games or automatic caravan master recruits as people have pointed out in the past, but it's a temporary workaround at least.
I used 5 and 4 respectively and tested for just 4 cycles with no instance of 0 lord being available.

这个mod调整了招募池的刷新速度,原本角色(领主和英雄)招募池每10-15个回合刷新一次,每个招募池最多2个新兵,现在每2-3回合刷新一次,每个新兵招募池最多3次。
对于不想用保存人物功能,又觉得池子刷新太慢的可以试试。

found a conflict and crash when played with Better Alliance (and the heroes submod)

@Reinholdt I found the same thing. Was crashing during the AI's turns, on turn 1, AI team 3 while playing Vlad von Carstein. Turning this mod off fixed it, and I have Better Alliance Foreign Heroes installed and active. It seems to be incompatible with that one.

I found a potential conflict with other mod: Better Alliance Foreign Heroes (BAFH). Issue: Crash at the end of turn 1. Possible explanation is perhaps there is a conflict with agent refresh rate of MCIR mechanism and expanded agent pool from BAFH. Disclaimer: I have dozen of mods installed, let's call them ETC. When I use either ETC + BAFH and ETC + MCIR, no issue, but when I put ETC + BAFH + MCIR, crash always happens at the end of turn 1

I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible with SFO. Afaik SFO doesn't touch on the character recruitment system itself, it just edits the characters displayed there.

Hello, this isn't working for me or maybe i missed something..... i used this mod mid save and i only had two heroes i could recruit... and once i recruit them, i only have 1 hero i can recruit on the next turn.

So, tried it with high-elf -> ended up with three possible lord instead of the usual six (2 for each level of influence => none, 15 and 60)

After 15 days of searching which mod looks crashed my game at different turn. It seems to be this one...
Tried this with Empire after launching many Dark elves. Both campaign crash under 20 turn at the first pass turn

Yeah I saw a few mods like this one and usually they bug out in late game. Some kind of a ui bug in events tab. Hope this mod won't cause this

When I was preparing to recruit lords one time, I found that they were all level 1, even legendary lords. I'm not sure if it's because of this MOD. Has anyone encountered such a problem before?

I just tested Grand Cathay, and I didn't see the automatic recruiting? Where did you get the idea from?

There is, however, a minor problem. Lord Magistrates show up in groups of 6, not 3. So something not working as advertised.

This is a great mod, but I think I it may cause an issue where it automatically recruits new caravan masters, at least for cathayan factions

i give you an sugestion.
instead making the RNG of the game more strong, can you make an mod where you can recruit the character you want with the trait you want, but waiting 4 turns for him appear!? (based on the respec talents points...)
a bit similar with kislev ice witchers and stuff.

It may cause crashes on turn end in multiplayer coop. Very hard to nail down the cause on this one, so I would appreciate if other people making the same expirience could confirm.
