This is so weird I was just doing a Dutch campaign and I was thinking how their is a super weird gap between frigates/privateers and battleships/destroyers... especially when you have great war infantry, artillery and then... frigates lol.

@Tweaky The Enlightenment Era has it's own ships that solves this gap. This mod is to solve the main gap in ships without having the whole Era mod

I love the idea of more ships, but the mod makes it impossible to have a navy without coal, which is troublesome. I don't think sail ships should become obsolete until the modern era for this reason, and also because sail ships and ironclads did coexist for a brief time.
