I just tried it in the most recent game version(1.16.9.8bdd) and it's working without any issues. Could you elaborate what your issue is? Btw the "Supported Version" thing is just a Minimum Version, you can ignore the warning it gives if the mod works

for some reason the mod wont work even tho im on 1.14.5 (1.14* means i can do any verson with 1.14)

Yeah it's Multiplayer Compatible! Although keep in mind that only one player can get a specific silly cat at a time. I could disable this but I thought it made the most sense so everyone doesnt have the same generals
