Balance
I've actually tried to Balance these Generals as fairly as possible compared to Most Nations starting Generals. Meaning you can actually Use these in a regular game. Although if you have any ideas on balancing just put them the comments below!

I just tried it in the most recent game version(1.16.9.8bdd) and it's working without any issues. Could you elaborate what your issue is? Btw the "Supported Version" thing is just a Minimum Version, you can ignore the warning it gives if the mod works

this mod requires 1.14 btw

for some reason the mod wont work even tho im on 1.14.5 (1.14* means i can do any verson with 1.14)

We need the Cats VS anime mod please. They are getting out of hands and its up to the felines to defeat the Anime peoples. Mussolini tried before but rituals turned him into anime so we need feline backup
