I just tried it in the most recent game version(1.16.9.8bdd) and it's working without any issues. Could you elaborate what your issue is? Btw the "Supported Version" thing is just a Minimum Version, you can ignore the warning it gives if the mod works

We need the Cats VS anime mod please. They are getting out of hands and its up to the felines to defeat the Anime peoples. Mussolini tried before but rituals turned him into anime so we need feline backup

Yeah it's Multiplayer Compatible! Although keep in mind that only one player can get a specific silly cat at a time. I could disable this but I thought it made the most sense so everyone doesnt have the same generals
