So had an odd glitch happen. Did one of the big mega boss missions. a character died so i decided to restart the mission back to pre mission auto save. Upon load all pilots where missing and saves going back all the way to when i started using the mod deleted pilots as well.

A global version which means also removing the restriction of special missions that are originally designed to have 2 or three mechs?

I can work/prepare it for the next big update, so it makes sense to prepare it for this special version.

Hi! Love the mod, thank you for making it! I agree with Myako's Oct-8th comment, I would love to see a global version of this mod so I have more freedom with how I roleplay my team and with having silly mech builds.

Can you give me more description? in what kind of missions did you encounter the issue?
Some missions are specific that deploys 2-3 mechs.

As in the description, some mission are INTENTIONALLY not affected by the mod for balancing purpose.

I am planning to make a set of this mod that affects literally scenario for that.

Having random missions not allow a full sortie really messes up my squad composition. Feels stupid to be assaulting a base short 2 of my guys.

Actually I have no plan to make more than 6-mechs version. But I can think about it once 1.4 will be released. Making it now would mean having a good risk to have the new one broken, but I'll take it in consideration. Thank you for your feedback! :)

It's 2-3 missions out of dozens, it might be annoying but it's a small problem.

I have never thought about making a global version of this mod, so I can take account of making a separate version for this for a hypotetical plan.

Genuine question but are there any plans to make a version of this that grants 6 mechs size regardless of scenario? If I cared about game balance I wouldn't be installing a mod to increase the size in the first place. I just want to run more diverse squads and it would honestly be pretty annoying to just be locked randomly back to 4 mechs for specific missions.

I really hope you consider the feedback and thank you for the mod.

Hmm, I just installed the mod but I'm not getting any different options - I'm already past the first two regions but no mission I take is giving me the ability to take more than 4 units in.

This are the mission type that have the bug.

mission - Liberation
mission - Garrison Sweep
mission - Break in

Ya that all the type of Mission type that have the bug hope this help.

As stated in the disclaimer, Ostbager-Wiel is one of the first regions that usually hosts introductory missions (tutorials), means that is intentional that squad size are still at default.

However what surprises me is that, as far as I remember, Vremmel, Fyrland and Balekin are not properly first-stage regions. The mod doesn't affect the first two regions after a new start to avoid unfair balance (as stated, these are tutorial missions that introduce the various type of missions).

Rather than the place, I'd like to know more about what kind of mission is (mech interecept? assassination? and so on), so that'd be a great help if you remember them, so I can look down at the issue fair quickly :) I will get to this issue AFAIK (IRL issues prevent me to do it quickly).

hello i am doing a new run and i found out that some of this mission will resets back to 4 units
they are all near Hedmark at the beginning of the game location

region - Ostbager-Wiel
Reinforced Camp
Hidden workshop Cache
Base

region - Vremmel
Farm
Enegrgy Storage Plant
OutPost

region - Fyrland
Cache
Farm

region - Balekin
logging Site
Border Outpost
Logistics Center

if there any more otther location that have the bug i will report later

Thank you for the mod! I plan to use it later once I've experienced more of the game with the original 4 mechs.
