@Omega Sorry, I haven't had internet access because of moving into my new place for last couple of weeks. The last time I checked, those upgrades works, but let me check it at my end.

Can confirm that regular surgeries are not having issues atm, including augmetics, just gene-seed upgrades at this point, I did update them just to make sure

Not sure if there's something I'm doing wrong, but after troubleshooting and removing several mods, I think the implementation of the medicus ministorum botched the upgrades, since updating I haven't been able to do it regardless of if I have glitterworld or the medicus ministorum

@Omega Added. Now pawns will use medicus ministorum if they want to use glitterworld medicine. Also, update for Gene-seed recipes will be pushed at core mod's end.

@Omega The mod I've mentioned works in that way. No matter how higher value the custom medicine has, vanilla Rimworld only considers Glitterworld medicine as a best.

The only reason I ask is because surgeries don’t take them even though I have like 30 stockpiled

@Omega Have no idea - I remember there are some mod that allow modded medicines works as existing medicine, but cannot recall my memory which one was that.

@emitbreaker Much appreciated. Thought that mod was abandoned after being a year with no updates when noticed this and went "Well, it's clearly saying "WiP", my fault for not noticing, so I must not complain and figure something out'". Glad I was wrong

1.6 migration done, yet tanna and recaf still give +85% and +90% to fall rest rate instead of being x85% and x90%. Had to patch it manually on my end

This is a great mod, two questions however 1. is there a retexture planed? I know that this is still work in progress and textures are more of concern once the coding has been optimised . 2. will the consumption of some drugs be made more lore friendly? for example last time i tested obscura was eaten, lore wise however it is smoked or injected.

I have one idea what i read from WH book , The Wicked and The Damned
What that idea?
In imperium exist medical terapy with usuing of Stem cells , they can be brown in labs officaly but they too much expensive etc but exist a WHOLE crime industry of stoling peoples and get away they stem cells (basicaly it make them older and if take too much cause dead)
What to add? The drug/medicine what able to change ago ( make yonger) what can be produced by drain peoples (also i think it will be fun farm of making money on your prisoners)

@emitbreaker I am sure, I would have thought healroot more than once, if I would make recipes. You sow potatoes, you harvest potatoes. You sow corn, you harvest corn. You sow cotton, you harvest cotton. You sow healroot, you harvest heal....

There is a problem with Amasec, it can't be brewed. Once if the ingredients is healroot, but harvesting healroot produces herbal medicine in vanilla (Or "raw healroot" in VGP, if used).
