Good drugs mod. But why can't I command a Pawn to throw Apache as a weapon, dispersing lethal opioid powder to kill everyone in the room including myself? Is there some sort of Steam regulation that you can't make a mod that allows you to throw Fent at a ceiling fan?

Depends on the defnames, but I don't imagine it will conflict with Rimcuisine. You'll more then likely just have 2 different types of Blue Sky you can craft.

Blue Sky is the name of Walter White's Meth formula in Breaking Bad. Apache is one of the many street names for Fentanyl, and Bliss is just based on how Morphine is supposed to make you feel, blissful. A lot of other mods and items in the base game don't use the real names for things, so I'm just keeping with that theme here.
