Actually, as to my previous comment, I did a bit of checking while driving in-game, and it looks like that is yes. (Which would make sense, I think.)

Just an odd question: Does this change or affect the ETA calculations in-game? I love the mod, this one is just right for me, as there are others with other average speed settings, from 47 to 30. I like being able to pick my route and not be constrained to 'fastest route' all the time.

great to hear the darkcaptain went quiet i changed the manifest so people can still use it and a lot off people need this mod glad i could help until him ... now you come with an official mod (update) im glad someone took over and will keep it up to date :D
