For any bug report, I think you can create a thread in the discussion tag :)
This mod could be updated to 1.6 before its parent because it only add new content and do not modify anything nor use specific features changed/aides by the last update.
See you soon !
Currently, it can be placed anywhere.
In my opinion, this breaks the immersion a bit.
Ideally, I would prefer it to only be possible to place the spot in shallow water or on mud (if the game allows this). If not, then at least adjacent to mud.
This change would certainly make the game more challenging (and consequently more rewarding), but wouldn't eliminate the purpose of such a spot entirely.
And, after all, it would still be possible to gain clay by processing stone chunks.
I’ll check if I can reproduce but i am not on a linux
Mod Epochs - Pottery - Clay digging extension did not load any content. Following load folders were used:
- /mnt/games/RimWorld/RimWorld/Mods/3254891464/1.5
- /mnt/games/RimWorld/RimWorld/Mods/3254891464
even this submod is not active the error will occur.
This is because two <br/> in about.xml. Currently i remove those and it fix.
Maybe ask them to take a quick look at the parent mod (Pottery), they may be able to do something in their C# code :)

It already comes with the option to change what is being dug for in the quarry menu. You could patch it so that clay is an option that does not take as long as a stone chunk to get from there?
